Temporary technical issues with initiating foreign transfers | November 13th, 2025
We kindly inform you, that due to maintenance work planned by the Bank that will take place on the 13th of November 2025 between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, there may be temporary technical issues with initiating foreign transfers under our API production environment.
Planned service downtime due to time change | October 25-26, 2025
We kindly inform you that due to the scheduled switch from daylight saving time to standard time, a temporary unavailability of services will occur. The downtime will begin on Saturday, October 25th, 2025 at 11:00 PM and will last until Sunday, October 26th, 2025 at 6:00 AM. During this time, access to the production environment of our API services may be limited or unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Planned changes in initiating EEA and nonEEA transfers
We kindly inform you that after the 15th of January 2025, the method of initiating EEA and nonEEA transfers using PIS service will change. In the recipient's data, provided in requests for EEA and nonEEA transfer services, it will be mandatory to complete at least the first line with the recipient's name and the third line with the recipient's address. After the 15th of January 2025, EEA and nonEEA transfers without recipient's address data in the third line will not be supported.

We kindly inform you that due to maintenance work planned by the Bank some of the services provided under the API production environment will be unavailable on 30th of June 2024 from 2:00 AM until 2:15 AM.
Unavailability of API services | June 23, 2024
We kindly inform you that due to maintenance work planned by the Bank some of the services provided under the API production environment will be unavailable on 23th of June 2024 from 0:10 AM until 0:20 AM.
Unavailability of API services | January 20-21, 2024
We kindly inform you that due to maintenance work planned by the Bank some of the services provided under the API production environment will be unavailable on the night between 20 and 21 of January 2024 from 11:00 PM until 00:00 AM.

We kindly inform you that due to maintenance work planned by the Bank some of the services provided under the API production environment will be unavailable between 0:00 AM and 04:00 AM on the 29th of October.
Unavailability of API services | October 7-8, 2023
We kindly inform you that due to maintenance work planned by the Bank some of the services provided under the API production environment will be unavailable between 10:00 PM on the 7th of October and 7:00 AM on the 8th of October 2023.

Unavailability of Sandbox | May 18th, 2023
We kindly inform you that due to maintenance work planned by the Bank some of the services provided under the API Sandbox environment might be temporarily unavailable on May 18th between 8-8.30 AM.
