Planned changes in API Sandbox environment | September 14th, 2026
According to the announcement published on April 29, 2026, we kindly inform you that support for unstructured addresses in the Sandbox environment will be available until September 14, 2026. After this date, only structured addresses (nameAddressStructured) will be supported.
The implementation of nameAddressStructured object fields support in the production environment is planned for the second half of October 2026. The exact implementation date will be communicated in a separate announcement.
During the transition period, structured and unstructured addresses will be supported in parallel.
After the transition period, support for unstructured addresses is planned to end in November 2026.
Unavailability of API services | September 12-13, 2026
We kindly inform you that, due to maintenance work planned by the Bank, some of the services provided under the API production environment will be unavailable from 10:00 PM on September 12, 2026, until 00:00 AM on September 13, 2026.
The Bank does not provide immediately available alternative options for payment service providers using the dedicated interface during its unavailability.

Unavailability of Sandbox | May 18th, 2023
We kindly inform you that due to maintenance work planned by the Bank some of the services provided under the API Sandbox environment might be temporarily unavailable on May 18th between 8-8.30 AM. This unavailability will not impact the production environment. For further details please visit our changelog page.
Unavailability of Sandbox and Developer Portal | April 6th, 2023
We kindly inform you that due to maintenance work planned by the Bank some of the services provided under the API Sandbox environment and our developer portal might be temporarily unavailable on April 6th between 10-11AM. This unavailability will not impact the production environment.

We kindly inform you that due to maintenance works planned by the Bank some of the services provided under the API production environment might be unavailable on the 2nd of March 2023 from 10:00 AM until noon.
Unavailability of Sandbox and Developer Portal | January 26th, 2023
We kindly inform you that due to maintenance work planned by the Bank some of the services provided under the API Sandbox environment and our developer portal will be unavailable on January 26th between 7AM and 3PM. This unavailability will not impact the production environment.

We kindly inform you that due to maintenance work planned by the Bank some of the services provided under the API production environment will be unavailable on the night between 20 and 21 of January 2023 from 11:30 PM until 08:30 AM.

We kindly inform you that due to maintenance work planned by the Bank some of the services provided under the API Sandbox environment will be unavailable on November 22nd. This unavailability will not impact the production environment however our development portal will be temporarily unavailable.
