Planned changes in API Sandbox environment | September 14th, 2026
According to the announcement published on April 29, 2026, we kindly inform you that support for unstructured addresses in the Sandbox environment will be available until September 14, 2026. After this date, only structured addresses (nameAddressStructured) will be supported.
The implementation of nameAddressStructured object fields support in the production environment is planned for the second half of October 2026. The exact implementation date will be communicated in a separate announcement.
During the transition period, structured and unstructured addresses will be supported in parallel.
After the transition period, support for unstructured addresses is planned to end in November 2026.
Unavailability of API services | September 12-13, 2026
We kindly inform you that, due to maintenance work planned by the Bank, some of the services provided under the API production environment will be unavailable from 10:00 PM on September 12, 2026, until 00:00 AM on September 13, 2026.
The Bank does not provide immediately available alternative options for payment service providers using the dedicated interface during its unavailability.

We kindly inform you that due to maintenance work planned by the Bank some of the services provided under the API production environment will be unavailable on 6th of July 2022 from 7:00 until 9:00 AM.

We kindly inform you that due to maintenance work planned by the Bank some of the services provided under the API production environment will be unavailable on the night between 13 and 14 of May 2022 from 11:00 PM until 10:00 AM.
Planned changes in Open API Production environment and unavailability of API services | March 17th, 2022
Following the introduction of new features to our sandbox environment and our previous communication we are currently planning to release the changes to Production on March 17th, 2022. Therefore, some of the services provided under the API production environment will be unavailable on March 17, 2022 between 07:00 AM and 08:00 AM.

Change impact: For PIS-transfers services (/domestic, /EEA, /nonEEA, /recurring) the list of attributes in responses from ASPSP will be broadened. New attributes will be optional and can be used in /cancelRecurringPayment and /cancelPayment services.

Change impact: the tppId attribute in requestHeader object will be obligatory. TppId should contain a TPP license number from QWAC and QSeal certificates (field 2.5.4.9.7 from Subject).

Sandbox release: October 27th, 2021
Starting from March 17th, you will also find new headers in API responses and the Content-Type header will additionally contain information about character encoding used in the message.
We kindly ask you to ensure that your connectors are ready for upcoming changes.

We kindly inform you that due to maintenance work planned by the Bank some of the services provided under the API production environment will be unavailable on the night between 19 and 20 of February 2021 from 11:00 PM until 04:00 AM.

Planned changes in Open API Sandbox environment | December 2nd, 2021
We kindly inform you that on December 2nd we will be implementing new features to our Open API Sandbox environment. Changes will be released to production after at least 3-month Sandbox testing period.
